TMCnet - Enacomm Joins Forces with Corelation

September 02, 2014 - Enacomm has become a recognized vendor of credit union core processor Corelation, a financial software company focused on addressing the technological needs of credit unions.

Enacomm provides intelligent customer interactions technology.

The company took the opportunity at a recent industry event to showcase its offering to the credit union community. Attendees of the event saw how predictive analytics and an advanced decisioning engine can help attract and retain members and contribute to a company’s bottom line.

"We are happy to join forces with Corelation to help credit unions provide their members with service that lays the foundation for a lifelong relationship," said Enacomm CEO Michael Boukadakis. "Enacomm's next-generation, customer self-service technology makes it possible for these financial institutions to engage with patrons in a more personal, efficient way."

Enacomm’s self-service and assisted-service solutions not only improve loyalty and member retention.

Organizations cut costs by using these solutions as these are delivered as hosted or on-demand services through the cloud.

"A growing number of people now prefer the efficiency of customer self-service options over speaking with a live agent," added Boukadakis. "To meet this rising demand and stand out from the competition, credit unions can create intelligent interactions across all contact channels, so members can easily complete transactions and get the information they need."

Enacomm was in news about the same time last year when its hosted, self-service interactive voice response (IVR) solution was chosen by Banking Up.

Banking Up is a personal finance platform designed to enable banks and businesses to deliver a mobile alternative to traditional checking accounts.

This agreement is enabling Banking Up to both design call flows and monitor effectiveness, making changes as and when required.

The company also hired Michael Kirk as the vice president of Business Development, Channels and Alliances. Kirk was previously employed as VP of sales for the Americas at Evolutionary Technologies International.
