Enacomm Enters into Pact with SafeAmerica Credit Union

October 2, 2014 – Enacomm, Inc., has entered into a pact with SafeAmerica Credit Union to provide a customer self and assisted-service solution. As part of the deal, Enacomm's financial suite, including Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technology has been selected by SafeAmerica Credit Union. Financial suite is expected to benefit its 25,000 members across six public and two company branches in the San Francisco Bay Area. Thanks to the partnership, SafeAmerica will now be able to provide its members with unparalleled service to enhance member attraction and retention. Barry Roach, president & CEO of SafeAmerica said that Enacomm's next-generation technology would help the company to provide personalized self and assisted-customer service.

SafeAmerica is a $310 million community-chartered Credit Union, organized under regulatory laws that are monitored and enforced by the California Department of Financial Institutions.
