Telvoyant to resell Enacomm’s phone banking authentication solution

January 25, 2018 - Enacomm has signed a reseller agreement with Telvoyant that will enable Telvoyant’s bank and credit union customers to be able to take advantage of Enacomm’s VPA (Virtual Personal Assistant) banking and the Enacomm Financial Suite (EFS).

VPA is Enacomm’s AI solution for financial institutions’ self-service users that works with popular Virtual Personal Assistants. Using Enacomm’s hosted systems, an authenticated user can conduct secure bank transactions and gain full access to their financial accounts with their voice.

EFS provides a range of software tools, from voice biometrics to CRM, as well as added levels of security. Enacomm’s data-powered interactive voice response solution uses customer intelligence to efficiently direct calls, personalization to help retain customers, and context preservation to offer fast, superior self-service.

Enacomm also signed a reseller agreement with voice and data solutions provider Advantel earlier this month.
