April 17, 2015 - Enacomm, Inc. announced that it will join identity verification solutions firm VoiceVault in a panel discussion at the PAYMENTS 2015 conference, held April 19-22 at the New Orleans Morial Convention Center in New Orleans.

PAYMENTS 2015 will cover a range of important topics related to payments professionals, including the ACH network, card payments, digital/mobile, end user experience, game changers and disruptors, risk and security and strategy.

In an “end-user experience” session titled “Voice Biometrics in Payments: When, Where, How?”, Enacomm and VoiceVault will discuss the use of voice biometrics in payments.

The companies will also be showcasing Enacomm Voice Authentication (EVA), an application that enables reliable log-in and transactional authentication of customers via phone.

Enacomm CEO Michael Boukadakis will sit on the panel while VoiceVault executive VP of sales and marketing Julia Webb will moderate.

The session will analyze the use of voice authentication in the call center for prepaid card holders and how it can lead to significant cost savings as well as improve the overall customer experience.

Additional panelists include Opus Research senior analyst Derek Top and SayPay Technologies CEO Steve Hoffman.

The session will take place from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. on April 21 in Room 225-227.

“Voice biometrics authentication is a critical piece of the payments security puzzle,” said Boukadakis. “While the transition to EMV-enabled chip cards will help thwart the production of counterfeit cards, card-not-present threats represent a major segment of the identity fraud crisis.”

Enacommweb has posted a three-minute video demonstrating EVA, which will be shown during their presentation.
