Michael Boukadakis

Founder & CEO

Michael Boukadakis is the founder and chief executive officer of Enacomm. With decades of experience driving national Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Call Center Solutions and creating truly intelligent customer self-service applications, he is spearheading Enacomm’s transition to multi-modal voice & data applications.

Michael has been involved in the data and voice technology industries for the past 35 years. He began his career associated with IBM and Wang and successfully transitioned to founding and serving as CEO of voice processing technology companies including VoiceXpress, VEXIS Systems, Call Analytics, and Enacomm.

Michael possesses a wealth of entrepreneurial acumen, keen insight and marketplace intelligence that he has used to recruit the industry’s top talent and develop strategic partnerships to grow and expand Enacomm’s products, markets, and customer base. For more than three decades, he has skillfully guided his businesses and Fortune 500 customers in navigating an ever-changing technological landscape.

David Jackson

Chief Operating Officer

David Jackson serves as the chief operating officer of Enacomm. He is responsible for data center operations, IT professional services and customer support, including project management, application development and quality assurance. David leads Enacomm’s product development efforts to create exciting new ways to provide intelligent customer self-service applications. David also manages the company’s Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard program.

Shaping his invaluable contributions to Enacomm, David brings more than 25 years of application development, project management, consulting, and executive management experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining Enacomm in 2008, he was President of Call Analytics, an IVR Reporting and Analytics software and worked with six start-up technology companies including McAfee, Sales Logix (now Sage Software), MobileStar Network and Opis Corporation, where he held various leadership positions in professional services, marketing, customer support and operations. Earlier in his career, David worked with Electronic Data Systems, a multinational information technology services company.

Mark Riggin

Chief Financial Officer

Mark Riggin heads the accounting and human resource functions of Enacomm. In the role of CFO, he provides company ownership with financial reporting, oversight of accounting and finance operations as well as design and maintenance of financial systems for Enacomm. Proficient in financial accounting and tax compliance and planning, he has provided consulting services to a variety of industries. Mark leads our financial team and develops innovative financial solutions for Enacomm and our customers.

Mark holds a Masters Degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and is a Certified Public Accountant with more than thirty years of consulting experience in the Accounting and Tax field. Prior to joining Enacomm he served in a variety of industries ranging from Public Accounting to Manufacturing and the Energy Industry.

David W. Anderson

Vice President / Chief Marketing Officer

David Anderson leads Enacomm’s efforts to create and launch new vertical products, supporting Enacomm’s mission to bring interactive intelligence to customer self-service. David has a wealth of experience in financial marketing and created some of the first predictive marketing campaigns in America.

He is the author of many industry articles as well as marketing books that are integral parts of university library collections in the United States and around the world. Prior to joining Enacomm, David was founder and president of a marketing consulting and branding services firm serving multi-billion dollar international companies in the financial, aerospace, manufacturing, real estate and food service space. David’s other previous positions include brand manager, senior vice president of product development, and vice president of sales and promotions for national and international organizations.
