Michael Boukadakis

Founder & CEO of ENACOMM

As the founder and chief executive officer of ENACOMM, Michael Boukadakis drives ENACOMM’s leadership in customer multi-modal voice & data applications, including A.I. conversational banking, biometric authentication, next-generation CRM tools, and omni-channel fraud prevention technologies. Michael has decades of experience overseeing national customer service channels including Interactive Voice Response (IVR), internet, mobile and call center solutions, in addition to creating intelligent, customer-segmented self-service applications.

Michael has been involved in the data and voice technology industries for the past four decades. He began his career associated with IBM and Wang Laboratories and successfully transitioned to founding and serving as CEO of FinTech companies including VoiceXpress, VEXIS Systems, Call Analytics, and ENACOMM.

Michael possesses a wealth of entrepreneurial acumen, keen insight and marketplace intelligence that he has used to recruit the industry’s top talent and develop strategic partnerships to grow and expand ENACOMM’s products, markets, and customer base. He continues to skillfully guide his businesses and Fortune 500 customers in navigating an ever-changing technological landscape.

David Jackson

Chief Operating Officer

David Jackson serves as the chief operating officer of ENACOMM. He is responsible for data center operations, IT professional services and customer support, including project management, application development and quality assurance. David leads ENACOMM’s product development efforts to create exciting new ways to provide intelligent customer self-service applications. David also manages the company’s Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard program.

Shaping his invaluable contributions to ENACOMM, David brings more than 25 years of application development, project management, consulting, and executive management experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining ENACOMM in 2008, he was President of Call Analytics, an IVR Reporting and Analytics software and worked with six start-up technology companies including McAfee, Sales Logix (now Sage Software), MobileStar Network and Opis Corporation, where he held various leadership positions in professional services, marketing, customer support and operations. Earlier in his career, David worked with Electronic Data Systems, a multinational information technology services company.

Mark Riggin

Chief Financial Officer

Mark Riggin heads the accounting and human resource functions of ENACOMM. In the role of CFO, he provides company ownership with financial reporting, oversight of accounting and finance operations as well as design and maintenance of financial systems for ENACOMM. Proficient in financial accounting and tax compliance and planning, he has provided consulting services to a variety of industries. Mark leads our financial team and develops innovative financial solutions for ENACOMM and our customers.

Mark holds a Masters Degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and is a Certified Public Accountant with more than thirty years of consulting experience in the Accounting and Tax field. Prior to joining ENACOMM he served in a variety of industries ranging from Public Accounting to Manufacturing and the Energy Industry.
