Database Developer

Enacomm is looking for a MS SQL developer. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Tulsa. Responsibilities include:

  • Extract, transform and load (ETL) activities using T-SQL and SSIS
  • Maintaining software application manuals and other documents
  • Ad hoc queries
  • Creating and running reports
  • Stored procedure development

Requirements include:

  • Minimum of three years’ experience with SQL Server 2008 or later
  • Working knowledge of Visual Studio database projects
  • Solid experience with stored procedures
  • Self-motivated, diligent and strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with a team
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience creating and maintaining documentation
  • Live within commuting distance of Tulsa, OK
  • Must pass criminal history, education, employment, and credit background checks and a drug test

A four year BS degree in IT or related field and experience working with 5+ TB databases are preferred.


Compliance Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining IT and HR security policies and procedures
  • Maintaining software application manuals and other documents
  • Corresponding with clients, fulfilling compliance requests
  • Maintaining accurate records for customer specific requirements
  • Completing compliance questionnaires
  • Monitoring adherence to compliance guidelines and recommending improvements

Sales Consultant

Selling Software and Financial Services to Banks and Credit Unions

Primarily responsible for calling on small to medium-size banks and credit unions to sell software and financial services. Includes prospecting, selling and closing new financial business in assigned sales territory and for developing new territories as needed. Calling existing financial institutions to determine level of satisfaction with Enacomm service and product quality and selling added products. This position requires prospecting, sales, and account management skills.

Enacomm’s ultimate goal is to deliver intelligent self-service solutions that promote long-term relationships between our financial clients and their customers.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identifies and calls on prospective financial institutions; performs needs assessments; makes follow-up calls to assess sales closing probability; prepares proposals and negotiates terms; closes sales.
  • Attends industry trade shows and social functions to build the Enacomm brand and develop sales relationships. Contacts prospective alliance partners and works to secure referral relationships.
  • Assesses existing financial customers needs for other Enacomm products and services and cross-sells added products. Performs ongoing account maintenance and relationship building.
  • Maintains sales activity and results in company’s sales tracking software, and provides call reports, work plans, and territory analyses as needed.
  • Communicates with internal staff, including Leadership, Development, Operations, and Finance/Accounting to assure effective account coordination and top quality service, handles complex problems which affect customer relations.
  • Maintains working relationships with key Enacomm vendors and partners.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of on-premise and hosted IVR financial products preferred
  • Working knowledge of other banking products and operations
  • Advanced knowledge of customer account management, territory management and prospecting skills
  • Advanced knowledge of sales activities and techniques with proven closing skills and meeting sales goals
  • Excellent verbal , written and presentation communication skills
  • Proficient PC and software package skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Sales aptitude, self motivated and goal / performance oriented
  • Background and drug screening required

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through a Bachelor’s Degree, 5-7 years experience in Fin-Tech / Financial vertical market, and 5-7 years sales experience or 10 plus years of related work experience.
