Application Support Analyst - Intern

Provide outstanding applications, troubleshooting and problem resolution for ENACOMM’s hosted voice self-service solutions. ENACOMM’s ultimate goal is to deliver solutions and service that promotes long-term relationships between our clients and their customers. This position requires both technical and customer service skills.


  • Perform system and application troubleshooting to resolve complex IVR self- service applications, web applications, and telecommunication issues
  • Develop and execute applications test cases
  • Learn IVR programming as well as other key ENACOMM technology solutions
  • Maintain existing applications and develop new applications as needed


  • Juniors and Seniors pursuing a Computer Science, MIS or Engineering degree or similar with at least one year programming experience
  • 3.2 GPA or higher
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects and tasks
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Proven track record of strong attention to detail, high initiative, and solid work ethic
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Background and drug screening test required
